At Alkaram, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Alkaram account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier partner location or schedule a home pickup through our online returns portal.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
